Becoming a remote company

There were many companies working remotely before the pandemic. The pandemic showed the companies who were not working remotely the importance of it and numerous benefits that come with remote working. Remote working allows for flexibility, therefore ensuring you know the commitments your employee has can also help you forecast the time it may take for projects to be completed.
