Do you offer a trial period?

At Recruit Overseas, we do not offer a trial period because our service is designed to provide maximum flexibility and control for your business. Unlike many traditional staffing agencies, we have no tie-in periods, meaning you are not locked into any long-term contracts or commitments. This gives you the freedom to assess the suitability of staff without the pressure of fixed agreements. Additionally, you will only be billed for the duration of time that a staff member works for you. If at any point you decide that you no longer require a staff member, you can let us know, and billing will cease immediately from that point onward. Because of this flexible, no-commitment approach, there is no need for a trial period. You are in full control, and you only pay for the time you actually utilize the staff.

What if I am not happy with the recruit?

If you are not satisfied with the recruit, simply send us an email and you would not be invoiced from that day forward. This process is straightforward and designed to give you peace of mind, allowing you to eliminate any financial risk. Once we receive your email, we will promptly stop any billing related to the recruit, ensuring you only pay for the services that meet your expectations.

Will my recruit be working for anyone else at the same time?

All recruits will only work for one client. If you are paying for a new recruit, then that recruit will not have any other projects ongoing at the same time. This has been made clear to all our staff and if this is ever suspected then you should notify your Account Manager immediately.

Do I have to pay a recruitment fee?

There are no hidden recruitment fees. Before you recruit anyone, the monthly cost will be given to you, this cost covers the salary of the recruit and any administrative costs. Our UK staff start from £950p/m and our US staff start from $950p/m.

What is your pricing structure?

We operate on a straightforward and transparent payment structure. Before you hire any of our agents, we provide a clear breakdown of their monthly fee, which covers all costs. This includes the staff's wages, our service fee, and any administrative fees, such as internet, computer, telephone, and bank fees. The fee we quote is the only fee you’ll need to pay—there are no hidden charges. For your reference, our UK-based staff start at £950 per month, while our US-based staff start at $950 per month. Invoicing is done at the end of each month, after the agent has completed their work. If the agent has taken any days off during the month, your invoice will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis to reflect those absences. This ensures you only pay for the time the agent has actually worked.

Would I have to pay for bank holidays or sick days?

Before the commencement of the role, the recruit will inform you of any days off they will require, this will be both bank holidays and any pre-planned days off. These will not have to be paid by yourselves. With regards to any sick days, this again, will not be paid by yourselves. Please inform your Account Manager when this arises, and we will update our records accordingly.

Who is legally responsible for the employee?

We bear all the administrative and overheads of your recruit. This is a major benefit of our model as you are not having to pay the usual employee tax for these recruits or have the potential risk of an employment tribunal which could come with the traditional employee employer relationship.
